以下都是個人喜好,和個人品酒心得:
酒類: 白, 甜酒 dessert wine.
視覺: clear, golden yellow, sticky legs/tears indicating high in alcohol or sugar. (alcohol content 13%)
嗅覺: very ripe, high in intensity and complexity, have floral smell and apricot, honey suckle sweetness.
味覺: Sweet/ripeness is very high, high complexity, taste of apricot, jammy, mallalade, honey. smooth creamy mouth feel with high intensity/concentrated flavour.
long finishing shows extremely high in sugar content and not much acidity. Wine taste consist of intense and long finish on the palate.
score: 16/20 bronze.
recommend parring items: fruits, cheese, light fish, desserts.
